Hypersensitive - Acute awareness of the environment, sometimes to the point of pain, there is also hypersensitivity in most basic senses: smell, touch, movement, vision and hearing. Hyposensitivity - Dampened sensory awareness of the environment - high tolerance for typically aversive stimuli such as acute pain or loud noise. |
